Quick, easy, pumpkin-y and fudgy! Need I say more? It's a good thing this fudge only takes 10 minutes to make, because it takes about that much time for it to get eaten up!
It required a few tries for me to get this recipe just right. The taste was fine, but I was struggling with getting it to set. By the third try, I had it down to a science and it came out perfectly! The good news was that every attempt tasted great, even though the first two batches had to be eaten with a spoon! LOL
Good luck trying to make this without eating any. All three times I made this, I gobbled a huge spoonful (or two!) during the process. But I had to taste it to make sure it would turn out OK, right? Right! I will just keep telling myself that.

This looks delicious!
Can you use baking chocolate instead of milk chocolate morsels? I don't have any on hand at the moment.
Thanks!

I have not tried it with baking chocolate, but I am thinking it might not turn out that great. I actually have not used baking chocolate a lot so I am not that familiar with how it melts or how it tastes. However, if you are feeling adventurous and try it anyway, let me know how it turns out!

Hi Kristen, thanks for the recipe. Sounded delicious. Had to try it. I made some this afternoon and have been tasting it along the way. Very good but the Chocolate seems to be over powering the Pumpkin. I am wondering if u have tried this with White chocolate. Or did I misunderstand the directions? It has been setting for about an hour or so and hoping it solidifies in the next couple of hours......Have company coming tomorrow, and ready to sing your praises. If it doesn't set, I guess I could serve it over Ice cream, lol, It is very rich and tasty. Thanks

The first couple of times I had trouble getting it to set as well. I am not sure why. But then the last couple of times it has been fine. I will try to look into that and let you know if I figure it out. The good news is at least it is tasty even if it is a bit mooshy. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Thanks for the reply. I know why I did not get a good set.....I had too much Pumpkin in. Too much moisture for the chocolate to return to the solid state. I might try white chocolate next time just for the variation in taste...Thanks again

I keep seeing recipes for microwave fudge, but I have been too afraid to try them, lol. I have a hard enough time getting my fudge to set making it the old-fashioned way. But this pumpkin fudge of your's just may have me convinced to try this finally. 😉
